Minor details only take a minute

Minor details only take a minute. Lately I have been working on loose ends on several old street rods that have been on the road for a while. I just finished changing the tires on a 1933 Ford two door with Torque thrust II wheels. These are by far my favorite wheels to totally change the profile on a classic car. When I buy the Torque thrust II wheels the best lug nuts to use are the splined lug nuts. The fact is the center of the wheels are large and the 3/4 socket needed to install the lug nuts is a very tight fit. The splined lug nuts solve this issue. To solve the tightness issue on these wheels someone took a die grinder and made themselves a little more room so the 3/4 inch socket would fit. This had to be much more work than locating the proper lug nuts. May have been another Hamber issue. You just never know.
