Put a price on it

Cruising the Coast 2019. We just got in from cruising the coast and what a great week we had. So many cars to see and great folks to visit with. This is the 3rd year we have attended this show and we will be back next year. I will have the photos up in a few days. As always there were many cars for sale. I would say that maybe 10% of the for sale signs I saw actually had a price listed. I just do not understand why someone would put a for sale sign on a car and not list the price. I have sold hundreds of cars and always put a price on the sign. I for one will not even bother to ask if there is no price on the car. If you the seller does not know how much he is asking why I the buyer should tell him what his vehicle is worth. I did however being the man I am asked one guy how much is your car there is not price. He said make an offer. I offered him $5000 that is what I would like to pay for the car. He got his feelings hurt and did not want to talk to me anymore. If you really want to sell your car put a price on it. That way a guy at least knows where the starting point is and can decide whether or not he has the ability to make a purchase.

- That is a pet peeve of mine also. I won't even stop in car lot if they don't have prices on their cars. I love how they get so mad when you make an offer like you did. just shrug your shoulders and walk away.
