RIP Carroll. He sure accomplished a lot in his life.
We talk about guys that think outside of the box and were true hot rod people - we lost a great one -
As a side note i believe he was the longest living heart transplant recip.

I thought he two heart transplants. Wouldn't be first time Iwas wrong. Buddy
Had the pleasure of meeting Carrol back in 1964 when Pops went to his place to pickup his 64 289 Cobra
Have had the opportunity to talk with him a few more times over the years.
Was always a true gentleman.
Never forgot my name and would always take a few minutes and talk with me.
He will be missed by many.

I got a chance to meet him many years ago at a Ford dealer. One of the best, RIP.
