My red pick-up junk truck
Just moving stuff around in the garage and had to replace the paws on the truck as just sitting here they blew both front tires about a day apart ! Thought i had a flat as the truck was leaning ,came in the next day and it was level! First thought the wife pumped up the tire ,but when I looked at them them where down on the rims ! Tried to put air in but that was a no go ! They blew out the thread on top on both of them ! Less than 500 miles on them ! Put them on around 1988 ! Oh well shit happens ! So a little history about this truck ! I used this truck building my building in 1988 with 2x4s sticking out the rear window in the bed about 20 off them for starters ! 400 small block with a blower on it and side draft Weber carburetors under the tilt front end ! Backed with a 400 turbo trans and 9" ford rear end narrowed ! Frame is boxed and stepped up in rear ! Top is chopped 4" and has a removeable top ! witha power rear window ! Rear tailgate was custom made with louvers and rear taillights are out of a Mustang ll turned up side down . Front tilt end removed 6" in the front and tapererd it down with a hand made billet grill with lights behind the grill and a custom made front bumper ! Truck is all steel !
